The 90 Day Health Challenge was a great experience in terms of making some positive improvements in my health and also understanding how I can make a few adjustments for even more results in the future:
During the last 90 Days, here are the Results:
Body Fat %: Decrease from 29.7% to 26.5%
Lean Body Mass %: Increase from 70.3% to 73.5%
Fat Body Mass: Decrease from 57.4 lbs. to 49.7 lbs.

Here are some tweaks in my health plan I will be making over the next 45 days….
- Working out at CrossFit Invictus 4* per week
- Drinking 1/2 a protein shake (Jarrow Whey) and 1/2 banana within 3o minutes of waking up and right after I work out eating the other 1/2
